Our Story
Sit@Siam has been part of the local community for many years and has proudly operated under the Sit@Siam name for over seven years. In December 2024, the restaurant entered a new chapter under the ownership of our current owner and head chef, who brings several years of experience working in Thai restaurants across Australia.
Inspired by family roots in the restaurant industry, including a grandmother who owned a restaurant in Thailand, we continue to serve authentic Thai cuisine with genuine hospitality and a passion for great food.
Fresh Ingredients & Quality
We believe great food starts with great ingredients.
Our owner personally selects fresh vegetables and produce from local markets to ensure every dish is prepared using quality ingredients. Every meal is cooked fresh to order, allowing us to maintain consistency, freshness, and flavour in every dish we serve.
Food safety is also one of our highest priorities. Our owner holds a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and is committed to maintaining high standards of food preparation and hygiene.
